At LeatherLux.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product replacement (subject to availability).

  • If the requested item is not available, customers may choose an alternative product of equal value.


4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of a product defect or wrong item delivered, LeatherLux.com will cover the return shipping costs.


5. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and product details.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.
